Vered’s passion for events and celebrations started at a young age. Her early exposure to a family-owned event decor company allowed her to recognize the importance of one-of-a-kind events and has inspired her ability to shape flawless events and build lasting relationships with her clients. Vered has worked with both private and nonprofit clients and planned and organized countless events. Her broad portfolio of experience includes intimate gatherings, weddings of 150 guests, galas for over 500 attendees, and everything in between in venues such as the National Building Museum, the Ronald Reagan Building, and the National Press Club. Vered plans every event with passion, providing unique and personal details and puts clients at ease, addressing every need throughout the planning process. She strives to ensure that every client has the chance to enjoy their event. Vered believes that a meal is incomplete without dessert, and loves incorporating unique dessert displays into events.

Vered enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and family, spending time with her husband and two children, listening to audiobooks, and yoga.

Event Consultant


Laura has enjoyed organizing intimate gatherings for her family and friends for many years.  Laura’s career began in the hotel industry and it came as no surprise to everyone who knows her that she turned her passion into a full time profession as she planned impeccable events and put her clients at ease. After working in the hotel industry for years, Laura became a meeting planner for a nonprofit organization and event space, planning events for Fortune 500 companies and hosting intimate social events and galas of 100 to – 1,000 attendees. Laura has experience managing events with varying levels of security to accommodate U.S. Cabinet members and international ministers . She is known for her timelines, creating detailed event schedules, and executing seamless event transitions. Her goal is to ensure that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Laura loves to capture the spirit of her clients by adding specialty cocktails to events.

Laura enjoys traveling to new places, going to brunch with friends, and learning new languages (beyond her native English and Spanish).

Cinthia Rozanski

Event Design Consultant


Cinthia’s desire to create decorations and designs began with her own daughters’ Bat Mitzvah parties and school galas. Cinthia’s hobby grew into a passion as she began creating one-of-a-kind designs for other people’s milestone moments and events and ultimately established a thriving design and décor business. She looks forward to sharing this passion with more people, as she brings her creativity and eye for design to every project she takes on.

Cinthia enjoys musical theater, arts and crafts and spending time with her family and friends.

Nelsy Tugjnyam

Events and Logistics Manager


Nelsy has worked in the event industry since 2017. She loves to see the beauty of a celebration start as an idea to the final live event, it is something unexplainable and magical to her. Knowing that she can help make someone's dreams or ideas a reality fills her with joy.

Nelsy's love for events stems from seeing her family's traditions and celebrations. From sharing ideas to getting together for some delicious Hondurean food, she has always loved having a hand in planning those special occasions and prides herself on her organization skills and attention to details.

Nelsy loves spending time outdoors with her 3 children, attending comedy shows, reading uplifting books, and cooking.
